Ice Gallery

is a multi user media gallery component for the Joomla! 1.0.x, 1.5.x, 1.6.x, 1.7.x and Mambo Content Management System. It was designed for communities allowing their members to create own albums and filling them with their media, but even if you are the only one who wants to publish any kind of documents, photos, movies and audio files, Ice Gallery is the solution. This is in short (and not complete) what you get:

• Manage and configure the gallery completely in the CMS frontend and backend
• Highly configurable frontend, individual layout and sorting of media and albums for each album
• Automatically or manually create albums for users or let them create albums within given limits
• Full control of the amount, size or type of media a user can upload or albums he can create and what he can do with them (per album or in general)
• Password protection of media in an album
• Automatic downscaling of images with discarding or saving of their originals
• Policies for groups or single users to access albums and media, write comments, collect items and access other features of the gallery
